Part of Glenmorangie’s Prestige Range, this 18 year old spent its first 15 years in American white oak bourbon casks. After this time, 30% was transferred to Oloroso sherry casks where it spent its final days, as the rest remained in bourbon casks.
GLENMORANGIE 18 Years Old Extremely Rare TASTING NOTES Aroma- Rich, rounded and sweet with dried fruit and a complex floral fragrance. Taste- A balance between honey, malt and flowery notes. This is the 12 year old, Sherry cask finished expression from Glenmorangie, dubbed The Lasanta. It first matures in bourbon casks before being moved over to Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks for a finishing period.

Glenmorangie's Nectar d'Or is finished in Sauternes casks. This is sweet and spicy with notes of ginger, nutmeg lemon meringue and honeycomb.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Sweet citrus notes, with lemon curd and vanilla shortbread, followed by oak spice and gingerbread. Dried fruit follows with a drizzle of runny honey.
