Paradis Impérial is a blend of rare 19th- and 20th-century Cognacs inspired by the Cognac that the company created in 1818 for Tsar Alexander I as a present from his mother. It's packaged in an elegant crystal decanter designed by Stephanie Balini and features an 18-carat gold-plated label.
Soft, rich and creamy, with woodspice,  cinnamon and dried fruit to the fore. Then notes of butterscotch and roasted nuts arrive, along with soft, fruity touches of mango, menthol and green apple.

TASTING NOTES Aroma-Â Nice nose, Maduro tobacco, dark chocolate, leather, prune, fig, orange, dates. Palate- A bit watery but big bold earthy sherry notes. Tobacco, bakers chocolate, leather, prune, dry. Finish- Good flavours but weak, finish and quite a lot of wood.

This includes some of the rarest in our reserves, including irreplaceable casks from the now-closed Port Ellen distillery. Much like its namesake, it has a great depth of character and elegant reserve.

In homage to its chocolate influence, The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is presented in a 100% recyclable gift box, made using discarded husks from cacao pods.
A by-product in the chocolate-making process, these husks would have been sent to landfill or destroyed but have now been reborn with a renewed purpose.

Rare Cask's rich mahogany-red whisky showcases two of The Macallan’s greatest and most defining strengths - sherry seasoned oak casks and natural colour.
TASTING NOTES COLOUR- Ruby red. NOSE- Soft notes of opulent vanilla and raisin give way to a sweet ensemble of apple, lemon, and orange. All balanced by a spicy quartet of root ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. PALATE- This spicy quartet are unwavering. Oak resonates, timeless, polished and rich. Vanilla and chocolate lead the finale along with a light citrus zest. FINISH- Warming and woody.
