Body : Full. Winemaking Notes : In order to ensure that the resultant wine expresses the soul and nature of the block a minimal winemaking intervention philosophy was utilised. The grapes were gently crushed and then fermented in an open fermenter and hand plunged to facilitate subtle tannin extraction. After 10 days on skins the fermenter was basket pressed and the free run and pressing fractions were combined. The wine was then aged for 19 months in 100% tight grained French oak. The proportion of new oak was kept low to encourage the continued expression of the characters that are unique to the vineyard site. There were no additions of any fining agents or tannins and the wine was not filtered prior to bottling. The wine was aged in bottle for 6 months prior to release. Food Pairing : Make it a Rib-Eye!

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered within 1 week with the use of our preferred courier company. Orders for very remote areas not serviced by standard courier’s delivery could take an extras day.

To receive the delivery, you must live in a residential apartment, corporate address or home, and you (or your representative of legal age) must be present to receive your order from our delivery service during your selected delivery window. Additionally, you may elect an alternate receiver located within your building to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver can accept your goods when you are not present at the time you had selected for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.
