Ki No Tea Kyoto Dry Gin
This release of dry gin from Kyoto Distillery is blended with high-quality teas from the Uji region of Japan.
TASTING NOTES A sweet and delicate bouquet on the nose. On the palate, a gentle sweetness like white chocolate spreads slowly, then a distinct juniper flavour comes to the fore. The finish is long and clean with roasted green tea scents.

Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin
KI NO BI (“The Beauty of the Seasons”) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. Our gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.
TASTING NOTESFloral and aromatic with refreshing yuzu standing out. Subtly earthy, oak-y elements develop, joined by a kick of ginger.




Ki No Bi Sei Kyoto Dry Gin
This is the high-strength release of Ki No Bi gin produced at Japan’s Kyoto Distillery.
TASTING NOTES The higher proof allows the distinctive taste of KI NO BI’s flavour profile to prevail. It’s punchy at first on the palate, while retaining the cleanness and harmony of the original KI NO BI. All of the flavours are enhanced while remaining well-balanced. A perfect gin for cocktails.

"SHINOBU" means “forbearance” in Japanese, symbolizing the spirit of a samurai, like making great spirits which takes time, patience and persistence.
SHINOBU Pure Malt Mizunara Oak Finish TASTING NOTES Telltale aromas of candied orange peel, toffee, sweet smoke, and toasted hazelnuts are augmented by distinctive herbal tea and spice notes. The palate is surprisingly mellow, with more fruit-forward characteristics bolstered by pepper and spice on the finish.

SHINOBU" means “forbearance” in Japanese, symbolizing the spirit of a samurai, like making great spirits which takes time, patience and persistence.
SHINOBU Pure Malt Whisky 10 Year Old Mizunara Japanese Oak Finish. TASTING NOTES Fresh wood barrel dominates the spirit with a touch of vanilla and flowers that bring to breath of nectar; Maltose, a little bit tones of fruits citrus, Mizunara oak, coffee beans; Medium, woody, back to sweet aftertaste of maltose. The flavor from alcohol is not that strong, compared to its labeled year, which tastes smooth and easy to drink.





Akashi Red Oak
Akashi Red Blended Malt & Grain is a blended whisky reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (American Oak) for 3 years, aged in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in ex-sherry casks for 2 years.

Nose- Herbs and pine. Hints of white grape, lemon, yellow apple and angelica fruits. Dry oak, with lavender and floral undertones

Finish- Oak and warming wood spices with a touch of vanilla
Suntory Haku Vodka
Made with 100% Japanese white rice, the name Haku means “white” in Japanese. The word can also be read as “brilliant” – a tribute to the craft of mastering a clear, clean, and luminous vodka.
TASTING NOTES Nose- A soft aroma played up by the sweet, delicate floral aroma of rice. Palate- A rich taste that gradually envelops the mouth with the natural sweetness and complex flavor of the rice. Finish- A smooth finish with a sophisticated, pleasantly lingering sweetness thanks to the bamboo charcoal filtration process.(P) Togouchi Japanese Whisky 15 Years Old
The 15-year-old version of Togouchi's blended whisky. A combination of whiskies from Canada and Scotland, which are blended together and aged in a Japanese railway tunnel. Nutty, chocolatey and spicy.
TASTING NOTESNose- Soft pastry dusted with cinnamon, pear and hints of dried earth.
Palate- Nutty malt complemented by milk chocolate, joined by a helping of caraway.
Finish- Peppercorn, vanilla and a lingering peatiness.
