TASTING NOTES
Nose- One of the smokiest noses from Islay. It’s big, very concentrated, redolent of iodine, sweet spices, good, mature Sherry and creamy vanilla.
Palate- Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and Sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness.
Finish- Long, spicy finish, figs, dates, peat smoke, vanilla.

A much sought-after single malt Scotch whisky with the massive peat-smoke that’s typical of southern Islay – but also offering richness and a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting tipple. The 16 year old has truly become a benchmark Islay dram from the Lagavulin distillery.
If you’re looking for a food pairing for this beauty, try intensely flavoured salty blue cheeses, which complement the intense, peat rich, sweet and salty character of this Lagavulin wonderfully.

We do not deliver to East Malaysia and other countries at the moment.
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered within 1 week with the use of our preferred courier company. Orders for very remote areas not serviced by standard courier’s delivery could take an extras day.

To receive the delivery, you must live in a residential apartment, corporate address or home, and you (or your representative of legal age) must be present to receive your order from our delivery service during your selected delivery window. Additionally, you may elect an alternate receiver located within your building to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver can accept your goods when you are not present at the time you had selected for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.

PALATE- Light and fresh, with toffee, vanilla and pear balanced by smoke and ashy touches.
