First vintaged in 1963 and originally called Hunter River Riesling, the now Vat 1 Semillon originates from the dry-grown Short Flat Vineyard, with vines dating back to 1923. Early picked, stainless steel fermented and aged on lees for up to 10 weeks, this wine is the classic reference point for a Hunter Valley semillon. It is typically quite tight and lemony when young, with clean, steely backbone. With age it develops a golden colour, honeyed, straw aromas and a soft, immensely complex and flavoursome palate.

We do not deliver to East Malaysia and other countries at the moment.
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered within 1 week with the use of our preferred courier company. Orders for very remote areas not serviced by standard courier’s delivery could take an extras day.

To receive the delivery, you must live in a residential apartment, corporate address or home, and you (or your representative of legal age) must be present to receive your order from our delivery service during your selected delivery window. Additionally, you may elect an alternate receiver located within your building to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver can accept your goods when you are not present at the time you had selected for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.
