TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow with green hues, this wine shows great intensity on the nose. Fruity aromas of mango and pear are well accompanied by citrus and mineral notes. The palate is balanced and mineral, with a beautiful acidity, enhancing the flavors of pear on the palate. Good persistence on the mouth, with great freshness and vivacity.
Cousino Macul LOTA
The “LOTA” project was born at the beginning of 2003, when the Cousiño family decided to create a world-class wine to celebrate its 150th anniversary.
TASTING NOTES Complex aromas of dark fruit with cassis, hints of cedar and spice. Full-bodied and elegant with luscious flavors of blackberry, currant, cocoa, soft oak and warm spices. A core of concentrated and delicious black fruits is framed by light toasty oak and ripe tannins which continues into a long, ultrasmooth finish.
Cousino Macul Isidora Sauvignon Gris
Named after one of Cousiño Macul founder’s, Mrs. Isidora Goyenechea, Luis Cousiño’s widow.
TASTING NOTES Isidora Sauvignon Gris presents a bright and clean yellowish color. In nose we can perceive aromas that remind us of peach, fresh pineapple and floral notes. It is a fresh wine with a long lasting mouthfeel.
Cousino Macul Isidora Riesling
Of a greenish pale and brilliant color. It´s aromas are fresh and faithful to its variety, reminding us to fresh tropical fruits, flowers, pear, grapefruit and green apple. The mouthfeel is very long, confirms the aromas, especially citric and green apple, keeping a well-balanced high acidity.
Cousino Macul Finis Terrae Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot
Finis Terrae is a clear reflection of the Maipo Valley terroir expressed through the finest of Cousiño’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from each vintage. It is a blend created by tasting hundreds of combinations of Cabernet - Merlot to achieve the ideal balance of fruit, acidity, tannins, alcohol and oak.
Cousino Macul Don Matias Cabernet Sauvignon
Don Matías Reserva owes its name to the founder of Cousiño Macul winery. It is a pure and exquisite wine, whose quality traces back to the selection of appropriate vines, all through the bottling process.

Cousino Macul Don Luis Syrah
Red deep and bright color. Ripen fruits aromas reminding of dark plums and cherries accompanied of violets, leader and a spicy touch. To the palate, an intense feeling at the beginning noticing it´s medium-high acidity, strong and smooth tannins and a long fruity finish.
Cousino Macul Don Luis Sauvignon Blanc
Pale bright yellow color. Subtlely herbaceous aromas, floral and fruity reminiscent of passion fruit, grapefruit, fresh pineapple and elderflower In the mouth it presents a high acidity that enhances the experience, it is fresh with tropical notes and a very long persistence.
Cousino Macul Don Matias Merlot
Red color with purple rims. Medium to high aroma intensity reminding us of strawberries, plums, cinnamon, clove and some spices. In mouth, it has a balanced acidity, medium body and persistent tannins with toasted coffee and bitter cacao flavor at the end.
Cousino Macul Don Luis Chardonnay
Golden with greenish rims. This wine presents interesting fresh aromas like melon, banana candy and subtle notes of tomato leaf, tropical fruits and green apple. In mouth, it presents a very refreshing acidity and a persistent frutal sensation, confirming the aromas and showing a great equilibrium.
Cousino Macul Don Luis Carmenere
Red ruby bright color showing it´s young age. Fresh fruit aromas that remind us to strawberries, ripen plum, green and black pepper. The mouthfeel lasts for a long time, is soft and very pleasant with medium acidity and round tannins.
Cousino Macul Antiguas Reservas Syrah
It presents a deep dark cherry color. In nose, there are ripe black fruits, blackberries, plums and floral notes combined with bitter chocolate, cinnamon, leather and a smoky touch. In mouth, it has a medium acidity and full-body showing very present, soft and elegant tannins and ending in a long-lasting experience.
