Mas La Chevaliere Cabernet Sauvignon
TASTING NOTES
The wines from Mas La Chevaliere express a pureness. The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is smooth and easy to drink, full bodied with medium acidity and medium to high tannins. The flavor profile leads with fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry jam, plum, black cherry) followed by earth, leather, slate, nutmeg, black tea, and oak notes. The finish is long and lingering. Barbequed beef ribs would do well with this wine.
Mas La Chevaliere Les 3 Grapes Blanches

TASTING NOTES
This wine is deep ruby red in colour with a youthful purple rim. On the nose, it is intense with red berry and cherry fruit aromas and touches of spice leap from the glass. It is rich and fruity on the palate with smooth, velvety tannins, and a full body with an elegant, lasting finish.
