Tyrrell’s Single Vineyard HVD Semillon
The vines in the HVD vineyard were planted in 1908 and form the “Sign Post Block”. The same soil, same rainfall and same temperatures of a single vineyard produce a consistency of flavour throughout the wine. Single Vineyard wines are only made in years when nature contrives to produce fruit of such outstanding quality that their winemakers will set parcels aside to be separately bottled.
Tasting Notes Colour- Bright yellow with tinge of green. Nose- Classic HVD Semillon showing lifted white flower and citrus aromatics. Palate- Good length of fruit and a great balance with it’s clean, soft acid structure.

A stunning high altitude blend, where pure juicy berried fruit notes are complemented by hints of jasmine and anise in this elegant and fresh wine.
TASTING NOTES In the nose, Petit Verdot brings aromas of blueberries and jasmine while Bonarda adds intense aromas of blackberries and raspberries. It stands out for its firm tannins and good volume in the mouth, Tannat offers attractive structure and a long finish.

Campo Viejo is one of the most well known wineries in the D.O La Rioja. Founded in 1959, the company has gone through successive stages of modernization that have lead to its current success.
TASTING NOTES There is a great balance between the fruit (cherries, black plums, ripe blackberries) and the clean nuances coming from the wood (clove, pepper, vanilla and coconut). The nose is further enriched by the aromas that develop during bottle ageing. Smooth and balanced on the palate with a full, elegant feel and a long, lingering finish.
Dona Paula Sauvage Blanc (Sparkling White Wine)
TASTING NOTES
Doña Paula Sauvage Blanc displays a pale yellow color. It has very intense aromas of orange blossom and white peach with citrus notes, like grapefruit, and a hint of mint. In the mouth, it has marked acidity, it is fresh, very lively, and persistent.

TASTING NOTES Ruby red color, deep and vibrant. Complex nose. It retains extraordinarily well the black fruit aromas of blackberries, blueberries, and plums. Gradually it opens up to reveal smoky, toasted wood nuances, with spices and hints of minerals and tobacco. The palate is smooth with soft and velvety tannins, great palate weight, extraordinarily balanced acidity. The elegant and complex aftertaste, with hints of coffee, chocolate, tobacco, and dark fruit.
Finca Decero Clasicos Syrah
2013 was cooler than other recent vintages, with cool temperatures throughout the summer and fall, plummeting particularly at night time. As such we decided to pick our grapes in Remolinos Vineyard between 5-7 days later than the average year in order to achieve full phenolic ripeness. These cool conditions also lead to more pronounced acidity and aromatics balancing the seductive tannins.
