Body : Full. Winemaking Notes : Each vineyard parcel was hand harvested and then fermented separately in open fermenters to facilitate a long slow gentle extraction. After basket pressing the free run and pressing fractions were combined together. The wine was coarsely racked and aged in French oak hogsheads to encourage complexity, mouth feel and tannin integration whilst still preserving the varietal purity. To preserve purity and character, the wine is unfined, doesn’t have any tannin additions and is bottled unfiltered. Growing Conditions : Average winter rainfall meant the vines enjoyed a healthy start to the season. A couple of heatwaves tested the vines but some mid February rain meant the vines were fully revived. The proceeding warm days and cool nights saw the grapes reach optimal ripeness in early-mid March. Food Pairing : Peking duck pancakes.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered within 1 week with the use of our preferred courier company. Orders for very remote areas not serviced by standard courier’s delivery could take an extras day.

To receive the delivery, you must live in a residential apartment, corporate address or home, and you (or your representative of legal age) must be present to receive your order from our delivery service during your selected delivery window. Additionally, you may elect an alternate receiver located within your building to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver can accept your goods when you are not present at the time you had selected for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.
