Body : Full. Winemaking Notes : The grapes were sourced from vines (all grown on their own roots) aged between twelve and thirty six years. The various vineyard parcels were harvested and open fermented separately to ensure that each parcel articulates the unique character of each vineyard site. All ferments were maintained on skins for a minimum of 8 days and then gently basked pressed, following which the free run and pressing fractions were combined. During the subsequent e21 month barrel maturation in fine grained French oak barrels each individual batch of barrels was racked and returned periodically to seamlessly integrate the tannins into the structure of the wine. To preserve varietal and site purity, the wine is unfined, doesn’t have any tannin additions and is bottled unfiltered. Growing Conditions : Below average winter rainfall resulted in a early commencement to the growing season. A warmer than average summer, with no extended periods of extreme heat, resulted in a condensed vintage. Vibrant fruit flavours and acidity were still prevalent and the resultant wines were both varietal and textural.

Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivered within 1 week with the use of our preferred courier company. Orders for very remote areas not serviced by standard courier’s delivery could take an extras day.

To receive the delivery, you must live in a residential apartment, corporate address or home, and you (or your representative of legal age) must be present to receive your order from our delivery service during your selected delivery window. Additionally, you may elect an alternate receiver located within your building to accept your delivery. This alternate receiver can accept your goods when you are not present at the time you had selected for delivery and shall accept the goods under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.
