MACALLAN Reflexion represents the natural colour and beauty of The Macallan – a true reflection of the foremost influence of first fill sherry seasoned oak casks.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Nice nose, Maduro tobacco, dark chocolate, leather, prune, fig, orange, dates. Palate- A bit watery but big bold earthy sherry notes. BOX RIBBON
The ribbon is made from 81% virgin wood pulp (necessary for strength/durability), 12.5% ink, 6% bonding agents. The wood pulp is FSC certified and is virgin material.
Macallan Rare Cask
Rare Cask's rich mahogany-red whisky showcases two of The Macallan’s greatest and most defining strengths - sherry seasoned oak casks and natural colour.
TASTING NOTES COLOUR- Ruby red. NOSE- Soft notes of opulent vanilla and raisin give way to a sweet ensemble of apple, lemon, and orange. All balanced by a spicy quartet of root ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. PALATE- This spicy quartet are unwavering. Oak resonates, timeless, polished and rich. ABERFELDY 21 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT WHISKY
TASTING NOTES Nose: Honey, fruity. Thick malt, enlivened by a fresh, zesty quality. Palate: Smooth, vanilla, undulating, refined smoke. Finish: Peters out gently, perhaps some ripe white peach notes and a good wave of honey.Glenmorangie Signet
A delicious no-age-statement dram from Glenmorangie, some of the spirit in Signet has been made using a unique heavily roasted chocolate malt that really beefs up the rich flavours. The packaging is impressive, too.
Glenmorangie Signet Single Malt Scotch Whisky TASTING NOTES Aroma- A strong Aruba espresso fused with a treacly plum pudding, rich with sherry and candied orange peel. Palate- A contrast of rich sweetness with an explosive crackle of sizzling spices and bitter mocha. Finish- A fresh spring-like breeze of mint with a bright citrus lemony-green quality.





Old Pulteney 21 Years Old
Pulteney is the most northerly mainland distillery in Scotland and known for their love of the sea – some of which rolls over into their whisky. The 21 year old is a mix of fino sherry and refill bourbon cask matured whisky and sits at the top of their regular range.

The Balvenie Double Wood 17 Years Old
Similar to the popular 12-year-old expression, Balvenie has been aging in two kinds of casks. Their primary difference is what has extended the cask maturity by 5 years. An excellent edition for the year of 2012.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Elegant and complex oak, vanilla, honeyed sweetness and a hint of green apple. Palate- Sweet with dried fruits, sherbet spice, toasted almonds and cinnamon, layered with a richness of creamy toffee notes and traces of oak and deep vanilla. Finish- Vanilla oak, honey and spicy sweetness.





Highland Park 18 Years Old
Nose: A profusion of ripe floral notes and fresh blossom with a delectable fruit salad. Notes of honeyed exotic fruits with a little botrytis.
Palate: Creamy and full with fruit conserves and espresso. A creaminess with cinnamon and allspice. Notes of toffee with thick black forest honey with a touch more citrus.
Finish: Long and well sugared with a herbal edge.
Glenmorangie 18 Years Old
Part of Glenmorangie’s Prestige Range, this 18 year old spent its first 15 years in American white oak bourbon casks. After this time, 30% was transferred to Oloroso sherry casks where it spent its final days, as the rest remained in bourbon casks.
GLENMORANGIE 18 Years Old Extremely Rare TASTING NOTES Aroma- Rich, rounded and sweet with dried fruit and a complex floral fragrance. Taste- A balance between honey, malt and flowery notes. Rich figs and dates emerge with a hint of wood smoke in the background. Finish- Long and enticing with the sweetness of dried fruit and subtle dryness of Oloroso nuttiness.,type=downsize&q=high)

The Glenlivet 18 Years Old Quart
This excellent 18 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Glenlivet is a classic Speyside dram, matured in a combination of first and second fill American oak and sherry casks.
TASTING NOTES Nose: Rich fruit, toffee. Palate: Balanced, bursts of sweet orange. Finish: Long, with raisins and spice.
