Glengoyne 12 Years Old
A 12yo Highlander from Glengoyne, famed for their unpeated single malt. Glengoyne is always very pure in style, allowing their high-quality, easy-drinking whisky to shine in its natural state.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Lemon zest, toffee and hint of lemon and sponge cake. Palate- Toffee, apple, malt and hint of honeysuckle. Finish- Medium length.
Mortlach 12 Years Old
This is a 12 year old single malt produced at the Mortlach distillery in Speyside, unveiled in 2018 as part of a trio (including a 16 Year Old and a 20 Year Old).
MORTLACH 12 Year Old The Wee Witchie TASTING NOTES Colour- Dandelion. This wonderful colour comes from the unique distillation process called ‘2.81 distillation’. Nose- Damson, toasted almond, cinder toffee and heavy barley. Palate- Warming oak and soft raisins, with a bit of olive oil salinity mixed in. Finish- A bit jammy, a bit nutty, some lingering citrus oils cutting through.
Ballantine’s 17 Years Old

TASTING NOTES Colour: Clear, golden amber.Nose: Smooth vanilla and oak with a sensation of smoke.
Taste: Full and complex, vibrant honey sweetness and creamy vanilla flavours with hints of oak and spicy liquorice.
Finish: Long, sweet and smooth with a hint of spice.
Glenmorangie Nectar d’Or
Glenmorangie's Nectar d'Or is finished in Sauternes casks. This is sweet and spicy with notes of ginger, nutmeg lemon meringue and honeycomb.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Sweet citrus notes, with lemon curd and vanilla shortbread, followed by oak spice and gingerbread. Dried fruit follows with a drizzle of runny honey. Palate- Silky and syrupy, with syrup sponge and vanilla custard, buttery baklava and toasted brown sugar. Finish- Dry oak alongside lemon shortbread and gingersnap biscuits.,type=downsize&q=high)

Laphroaig 10 Years Old
This whisky was named 2019 Best Single Malt Scotch 10 Years & Under by Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible.
In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Those enjoying the 10 Year Old will first notice the bold, smoky taste, followed by a hint of seaweed and a surprising sweetness. This full-bodied variant is the foundation of all Laphroaig expressions and comes with a long finish.
Amrut Fusion Single Malt
Amrut Fusion gets its name from the fact that it uses two barleys: Indian and Scottish - with the latter being peated for good measure. Fusion has been picking up awards ever since it first appeared in 2009, and in 2012 was named the best whisky for a Rob Roy in the Ultimate Cocktail Challenge in New York.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Rich, barley, fruity. Big on citrus, spices, creamy sweetness. A hint of peat. Palate- Oaky, rich, gentle peat, coffee, dark chocolate. Fruity. Finish- Long, spiced, marmalade, sweetness.
Macallan 12 Years Old (Double Cask)
An exciting new age statement expression from Macallan that’s matured in a combination of American and European Sherry oak for a minimum of 12 years.
TASTING NOTES COLOUR- Harvest sun. NOSE- Creamy butterscotch with a hint of toffee apple, candied orange, vanilla custard and newly felled oak. PALATE- Deliciously honeyed, wood spices and citrus, balanced with raisins and caramel. FINISH- Oak lingers, warm, sweet and drying.
Bruichladdich Classic Laddie
Jim has now retired but the spirit for this definitive Bruichladdich is still made from 100% Scottish barley, trickle distilled, and then matured for its entire life, on Islay, by the shores of Loch Indaal.
Bruichladdich Classic Laddie Scottish Barley TASTING NOTES NOSE- A hint of sea spray, but rich and plush, with punchy fruit and floral aromas. PALATE- Enticing mix of creaminess and salinity – rich and refreshing. FINISH- Nice balance between the sprightly fruit and tangy sea-spray elements.
Glendronach 12 Years Old
This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.
TASTING NOTES NOSE- Sweet, creamy vanilla, with hints of ginger. Spiced mulled wine and pear. PALATE- Rich, creamy, silky-smooth. Warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness, full mouth feel, raisins and soft fruits. FINISH- Long, full and firm, slightly nutty.
Ardbeg 10 Years Old
Ardbeg 10 Years Old is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky that is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt. Named World Whisky of the Year in 2008.
TASTING NOTES Eye: Light Gold. The natural light gold colour is due to the non-chill filtration that Ardbeg distillery uses to create this single malt. Nose: A burst of intense smoky fruity peat infused with zesty lemon and lime, wrapped in waxy dark chocolate. Tongue: An explosion of crackling peat with tangy lemon and lime juice, black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee. End note: Long and smoky with tarry espresso, aniseed, toasted almonds and traces of soft barley and fresh pear.
Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15 Years Old
A 15 year old matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak. The whisky was then married in a Solera vat. This is a great staple 15 year old from the Glenfiddich distillery.
TASTING NOTES NOSE- An intriguingly complex aroma. Sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits. TASTE- Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. FINISH- Satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness.
The Balvenie Double Wood 12 Years Old
Balvenie DoubleWood is, to not much surprise, aged in two kinds of oak casks! The expression was launched in 1993, and has become a somewhat iconic whisky over the years.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Gristy, supple nuttiness intertwined with spices. Honeyed sultanas and grapes. Palate- Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours – nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Finish- Spicy, slightly drying, still sweet.
