Glenfiddich Special Reserve 12 Years Old
The world’s most awarded single malt, Glenfiddich continues to raise the bar with this, their Special Reserve 12. Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks prior to marrying in oak tuns, it’s well-balanced, complex and stylish.
TASTING NOTES NOSE- Distinctively fresh and fruity with a hint of pear. Beautifully crafted and delicately balanced. TASTE- Characteristic sweet, fruity notes. Develops into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavours. FINISH- A long smooth and mellow finish.
Oban 14 Years Old
A bustling seaside resort has grown up around the distillery in the two centuries since it was first built in the fishing town of Oban. The West Highland malt is still produced in the same unhurried, traditional fashion and this 14 year old is a classic whisky from the distillery.
TASTING NOTES Colour- Bright Vibrant Gold. Nose- Fresh oranges, lemons, pears with a hint of salt and peat. Palate- Dried fig, spice, and a smoked malt dryness. Finish- Long, smooth, and oaky sweet with a grain of salt.
Irishman Single Malt
The Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey comes, surprisingly, from Ireland. It's a triple distilled expression which is aged in both sherry and bourbon casks for over 10 years before bottling.
Irishman Single Malt Irish Whiskey TASTING NOTESNose- Light and fruity on the nose. A little hint of liquorice pops up, as does crumbly vanilla fudge.
Palate- A classic pudding of peaches and cream with a sprinkling of crushed up biscuits and almonds.
Finish- Fairly long, with oak cropping up near the end.

This release is about a special time of year and the vibrant, playful design of the packaging reflects the joyous celebratory nature of the occasion. The unique, multi-layered gift box showcases Erica Dorn’s bespoke abstract designs and the packaging’s colour palette also expresses the Hogmanay story.
Red is a colour synonymous with our history and heritage. This is the outside colour and represents fire, created by the coal traditionally gifted during the Scottish custom of first footing, as well as providing connotations of good fortune, success, happiness and vitality.
Upon opening the gift box you discover a blue interior, representing the night skies of Hogmanay (New Year’s Eve) and the blue from the national flag of Scotland, the Saltire.
As the presentation box is opened, the bottle is surrounded by rich amber colours, shining like opening a chest of gold. This represents the Scottish shortbread, a rich, sweet biscuit consumed at Hogmanay, which is also present in the whisky notes.

SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION
In homage to its chocolate influence, The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is presented in a 100% recyclable gift box, made using discarded husks from cacao pods.
A by-product in the chocolate-making process, these husks would have been sent to landfill or destroyed but have now been reborn with a renewed purpose.

The ribbon is made from 81% virgin wood pulp (necessary for strength/durability), 12.5% ink, 6% bonding agents. The wood pulp is FSC certified and is virgin material.
The Irishman 12 Years Old
The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt is aged exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks. Limited to 6,000 bottles each year, this is malty and fruity.
Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt TASTING NOTES Nose- Vanilla and cinnamon, with autumn fruits and granola. Palate- Full-bodied with more vanilla and some black pepper and oatmeal. Finish- Strong then soft, with lingering notes of fudge and cream.
Glengoyne 12 Years Old
A 12yo Highlander from Glengoyne, famed for their unpeated single malt. Glengoyne is always very pure in style, allowing their high-quality, easy-drinking whisky to shine in its natural state.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Lemon zest, toffee and hint of lemon and sponge cake. Palate- Toffee, apple, malt and hint of honeysuckle. Finish- Medium length.
Glenmorangie 18 Years Old
Part of Glenmorangie’s Prestige Range, this 18 year old spent its first 15 years in American white oak bourbon casks. After this time, 30% was transferred to Oloroso sherry casks where it spent its final days, as the rest remained in bourbon casks.
GLENMORANGIE 18 Years Old Extremely Rare TASTING NOTES Aroma- Rich, rounded and sweet with dried fruit and a complex floral fragrance. Taste- A balance between honey, malt and flowery notes. Glendronach 12 Years Old
This superb richly sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks.
TASTING NOTES NOSE- Sweet, creamy vanilla, with hints of ginger. Spiced mulled wine and pear. PALATE- Rich, creamy, silky-smooth. Warm, rich oak and sherry sweetness, full mouth feel, raisins and soft fruits. FINISH- Long, full and firm, slightly nutty.
Aberfeldy 21 Years Old
Launched in October of 2005, this 21 year old lies at the core of the Aberfeldy range and is something of a flagship for the brand. A superb example of what the distillery can produce.
ABERFELDY 21 YEAR OLD SINGLE MALT WHISKY
TASTING NOTES Nose: Honey, fruity. Thick malt, enlivened by a fresh, zesty quality. Palate: Smooth, vanilla, undulating, refined smoke. Finish: Peters out gently, perhaps some ripe white peach notes and a good wave of honey.
Glen Moray 18 Years Old
Matured in a combination of American-oak and sherry casks, this 18-year-old whisky from Glen Moray is superb value for money. With a lovely complexity and notes of heather honey, warm spice and butter toffee, this is a whisky that has to be tried.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Sherried oak, butter toffee and delicate smoke. Palate- Beautifully complex, Heather infused honey and warm spice combine with a hint of oak smoke. Finish- Mellow and long. One to be savoured and never forgotten.
The Balvenie Double Wood 17 Years Old
Similar to the popular 12-year-old expression, Balvenie has been aging in two kinds of casks. Their primary difference is what has extended the cask maturity by 5 years. An excellent edition for the year of 2012.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Elegant and complex oak, vanilla, honeyed sweetness and a hint of green apple. Palate- Sweet with dried fruits, sherbet spice, toasted almonds and cinnamon, layered with a richness of creamy toffee notes and traces of oak and deep vanilla. Finish- Vanilla oak, honey and spicy sweetness.
