Glenfiddich Solera Reserve 15 Years Old
A 15 year old matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak. The whisky was then married in a Solera vat. This is a great staple 15 year old from the Glenfiddich distillery.
TASTING NOTES NOSE- An intriguingly complex aroma. Sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits. TASTE- Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. FINISH- Satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness.Glenfarclas 17 Years Old

Glenfarclas 17 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky TASTING NOTESNose- Complex and sophisticated, notes of buttery toffee, malt sherried peels, dates and even a hint of peat!
Palate- Full-bodied and rich, it fills and coats the palate with warming nutmeg, sherried fruits, cinnamon and mixed peels.
Finish- Long, spicy and sweet with just a hint of smoke on the tail.






Glenfarclas 15 Years Old
Rich and sherried 15yo malt from one of the best distilleries in Speyside. Aged for a little bit longer and bottled a little stronger for a more concentrated, richer flavour. As always, Glenfarclas remains one of the best-value malts on the market – a must for lovers of sherried whisky.
TASTING NOTESNose- Intense, powerful sherry.
Palate- Raisins, more sherry, orange peel, walnuts, dates.
Finish- Incredibly long, complex, more of the Walnuts again.






Glenfarclas 12 Years Old
One up from their standard 10-year-old bottling, the 12 Year Old has two more years in the cask and is a step closer to the sherry-heavy older expressions.
Glenfarclas 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky TASTING NOTES Aroma- Fresh and beautifully light, sherried fruit combined with a tempting spicy sweetness and a hint of sappy oak. Palate- Full bodied, delightful sherried fruit, with oak, a hint of peat and delicious sweet sensations. Finish- Long and flavoursome, with a lingering spiceness.





Akashi White Oak Single Malt Whisky
Single malt Japanese whisky from the Akashi range, produced by White Oak in Hyogo, just west of Kobe. This non-age-statement release ought to prove rather interesting for whisky adventurers looking to try something new.
TASTING NOTES
Nose- The aromas have alight fruit notes with malt, spice, iodine, and apricot.
Palate- The palate is light and soft with hints of red apples, toffee, and local herbs.
Finish- Gentle fade of clove and fresh-cut wood.
Amrut Fusion Single Malt
Amrut Fusion gets its name from the fact that it uses two barleys: Indian and Scottish - with the latter being peated for good measure. Fusion has been picking up awards ever since it first appeared in 2009, and in 2012 was named the best whisky for a Rob Roy in the Ultimate Cocktail Challenge in New York.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Rich, barley, fruity. Big on citrus, spices, creamy sweetness. A hint of peat. Palate- Oaky, rich, gentle peat, coffee, dark chocolate. Fruity. Finish- Long, spiced, marmalade, sweetness.



Amrut Indian Single Malt
Amrut's flagship Indian single malt, showing their signature character of spice, fruit and honey. Bottled at 46%, it has the depth of flavour needed to properly showcase the distillery.
TASTING NOTES Palate- Intense barley and grain, nutty, citrus, apricot. Finish- Apples, apricot, greengages, malt, fruit.

Singleton 18 Years Old
Our 18 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is smooth, sublime and full of character notes of sweet, stewed fruits, sumptuous berries, dark toffee and silky honey.
Singleton 12 Years Old
Our 12 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is an easy to enjoy single malt with notes of luscious brown sugar, soft cooked apples and creamy toffee, best served with laughter and good company.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Fresh, light and clean. Palate- Fresh and easy to drink; spicy, then soft and pleasantly sweet. Fruity, with citrus, raisins, vanilla and a hint of honey. Finish- Short, creamy and smooth.





Cragganmore 12 Years Old
A sherried 12 year old single malt from Diageo's Classic Malts range, this bottling from the Cragganmore distillery represents Speyside and proffers a rich, slightly floral whisky with barley notes.
TASTING NOTES Nose: Aromatic, floral. Heather, fruit salad, creamy texture. Smoked almonds, stemmy hay. Palate: Rich, honey, stone fruits, chestnuts, walnuts, almonds. Berries. Finish: Smoky, good length, delicate peppery spice.Clynelish 14 Years Old
Clynelish is the successor to the now-silent Brora, built opposite the original distillery and producing a top-quality rich, smoky dram. One of the best entry-level proprietary bottlings available from any distillery.
Clynelish 14 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky TASTING NOTES
NOSE- Wax comes up with water – scented candle wax. Dried flowers on a beach. Later, brown sugar.
PALATE- Pleasant creamy mouthfeel; maritime generally.
FINISH- Some salt, dryish yet an attractive, even slightly bitter finish.
Caol Ila 12 Years Old
Caol Ila 12 Year Old is of medium weight, but still packing plenty of potent phenols, this is a refined, powerful dram with a compensating oiliness. A balanced, peaty beauty.
TASTING NOTESNOSE- Intense and rich, with malted barley and gentle floral touches overcome by smoky notes.
PALATE- Light and fresh, with toffee, vanilla and pear balanced by smoke and ashy touches.
FINISH- Complex and long, with sweetness fading to leave dark and smoky flavours.
