MACALLAN Reflexion represents the natural colour and beauty of The Macallan – a true reflection of the foremost influence of first fill sherry seasoned oak casks.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Nice nose, Maduro tobacco, dark chocolate, leather, prune, fig, orange, dates. Palate- A bit watery but big bold earthy sherry notes. Tobacco, bakers chocolate, leather, prune, dry. Finish- Good flavours but weak, finish and quite a lot of wood.Macallan Rare Cask
Rare Cask's rich mahogany-red whisky showcases two of The Macallan’s greatest and most defining strengths - sherry seasoned oak casks and natural colour.
TASTING NOTES COLOUR- Ruby red. NOSE- Soft notes of opulent vanilla and raisin give way to a sweet ensemble of apple, lemon, and orange. All balanced by a spicy quartet of root ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. PALATE- This spicy quartet are unwavering. Oak resonates, timeless, polished and rich. Vanilla and chocolate lead the finale along with a light citrus zest. FINISH- Warming and woody.Macallan 12 Years Old(Sherry Oak)
Founded in 1824 in the heart of Speyside, The Macallan is a staple of Scotch whisky across the world. Crisp and sweet, there are notes of sultanas and fresh apple blossom. There is a defined floral note with a beautiful Sherry, calvados emerges with a tropical fruit note and golden syrup.
TASTING NOTES COLOUR- Rich gold. NOSE- Complex with hints of vanilla. PALATE- Smooth, medium balanced with fruit, oak and spice. FINISH- Long with sweet dried fruits, oak and spice.Macallan 12 Years Old Triple Cask
Formerly known as Fine Oak, Triple Cask is part of the 2018 relaunch of the Macallan range. This has been aged for a total of 12 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Gingerbread, vanilla essence, wafts of buttered toast and clotted-cream-topped scones. Palate- Raisins, sultanas and stem ginger. Citrus begins to develop on the palate, with a touch of dark chocolate. Finish- Subtle cedar and honey linger on the palate.Macallan 12 Years Old (Double Cask)
An exciting new age statement expression from Macallan that’s matured in a combination of American and European Sherry oak for a minimum of 12 years.
TASTING NOTES COLOUR- Harvest sun. NOSE- Creamy butterscotch with a hint of toffee apple, candied orange, vanilla custard and newly felled oak. PALATE- Deliciously honeyed, wood spices and citrus, balanced with raisins and caramel. FINISH- Oak lingers, warm, sweet and drying.Laphroaig 10 Years Old
This whisky was named 2019 Best Single Malt Scotch 10 Years & Under by Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible.
In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat, found only on Islay, gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Those enjoying the 10 Year Old will first notice the bold, smoky taste, followed by a hint of seaweed and a surprising sweetness. This full-bodied variant is the foundation of all Laphroaig expressions and comes with a long finish.Lagavulin 16 Years Old
The Islay representative in the 'Classic Malts' series is a deep, dry and exceptionally peaty bruiser. Probably the most pungent of all Islay malts, Lagavulin is not for the faint-hearted but inspires fanatical devotion in its many followers.
TASTING NOTES Nose- One of the smokiest noses from Islay. It's big, very concentrated, redolent of iodine, sweet spices, good, mature Sherry and creamy vanilla. Palate- Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and Sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness. Finish- Long, spicy finish, figs, dates, peat smoke, vanilla.Highland Park 12 Years Old
The heart and soul of Highland Park, the 12 y/o is a perfect harmony of aromatic smoky peat, sweet heather honey and rich fruit cake. Fresh, clean and very aromatic. Floral notes abound the senses with a light grassiness. Notes of creamy Manuka honey and a touch of juicy citrus with cream and a well-balanced sweetness. Rather full with a pleasant depth. Lurking somewhere in the substratum a grilled orange lies. Notes of granary toast and green tea with jasmine. A touch of sweetness.
Glenmorangie The Original
The 'original' sets a high standard for Highland whisky, and has gone from strength to strength since its slightly controversial packaging redesign a few years ago.
Glenmorangie The Original 10 Year Old TASTING NOTES Aroma- Citrus and ripening peaches are balanced by vanilla softness. Palate- Vanilla emerges, then gives way to a burst of flowery fruitiness. Finish- A clean and salving aftertaste with hints of orange and peach.,type=downsize&q=high)

Glenmorangie Signet
A delicious no-age-statement dram from Glenmorangie, some of the spirit in Signet has been made using a unique heavily roasted chocolate malt that really beefs up the rich flavours. The packaging is impressive, too.
Glenmorangie Signet Single Malt Scotch Whisky TASTING NOTES Aroma- A strong Aruba espresso fused with a treacly plum pudding, rich with sherry and candied orange peel. Palate- A contrast of rich sweetness with an explosive crackle of sizzling spices and bitter mocha. Finish- A fresh spring-like breeze of mint with a bright citrus lemony-green quality.





Glenmorangie Nectar d’Or
Glenmorangie's Nectar d'Or is finished in Sauternes casks. This is sweet and spicy with notes of ginger, nutmeg lemon meringue and honeycomb.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Sweet citrus notes, with lemon curd and vanilla shortbread, followed by oak spice and gingerbread. Dried fruit follows with a drizzle of runny honey. Palate- Silky and syrupy, with syrup sponge and vanilla custard, buttery baklava and toasted brown sugar. Finish- Dry oak alongside lemon shortbread and gingersnap biscuits.,type=downsize&q=high)

Glenmorangie Lasanta
This is the 12 year old, Sherry cask finished expression from Glenmorangie, dubbed The Lasanta. It first matures in bourbon casks before being moved over to Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks for a finishing period.
Glenmorangie The Lasanta 12 Year Old TASTING NOTES Aroma- Warm spices mix with smooth chocolate covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee. Palate- Deliciously sweet sherry flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices.
