Singleton 12 Years Old
Our 12 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is an easy to enjoy single malt with notes of luscious brown sugar, soft cooked apples and creamy toffee, best served with laughter and good company.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Fresh, light and clean. Palate- Fresh and easy to drink; spicy, then soft and pleasantly sweet. Fruity, with citrus, raisins, vanilla and a hint of honey. Finish- Short, creamy and smooth.

The Balvenie Double Wood 12 Years Old
Balvenie DoubleWood is, to not much surprise, aged in two kinds of oak casks! The expression was launched in 1993, and has become a somewhat iconic whisky over the years.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Gristy, supple nuttiness intertwined with spices. Honeyed sultanas and grapes. Palate- Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours – nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Finish- Spicy, slightly drying, still sweet.
The Balvenie Double Wood 17 Years Old
Similar to the popular 12-year-old expression, Balvenie has been aging in two kinds of casks. Their primary difference is what has extended the cask maturity by 5 years. An excellent edition for the year of 2012.
TASTING NOTES Aroma-Â Elegant and complex oak, vanilla, honeyed sweetness and a hint of green apple. Palate- Sweet with dried fruits, sherbet spice, toasted almonds and cinnamon, layered with a richness of creamy toffee notes and traces of oak and deep vanilla. Finish- Vanilla oak, honey and spicy sweetness.
The Glenlivet 18 Years Old Quart
This excellent 18 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Glenlivet is a classic Speyside dram, matured in a combination of first and second fill American oak and sherry casks.
TASTING NOTES Nose: Rich fruit, toffee. Palate: Balanced, bursts of sweet orange. Finish: Long, with raisins and spice.
The Glenlivet Captain Reserve
An intriguing release from The Glenlivet, been finished in ex-Cognac casks for a ‘raisin-rich’ intensity, along with citrus notes and a creamy smoothness.
TASTING NOTESNose: sweet and fruity aromas of honey and apricot jam, with notes of sweet cinnamon bread and subtle sensation of spicy liquorice.
Palate: Succulent flavours of mandarins in syrup, ripe poached pears and chocolate-dipped raisins.
Finish: incredibly smooth and luscious.
The Glenlivet Founders Reserve
The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve captures the distinct, smooth, fruity taste that he first envisioned in 1824 and for which we are still renowned today.
TASTING NOTES Nose: Delicate aromas of citrus fruit, notably sweet orange. Palate: Sweet, fruit notes of zesty oranges and pears, with a hint of candy, toffee apples. Finish: Long, creamy and smooth.
The Glenlivet French Oak 15 Years Old Quart
This 15 year old expression from The Glenlivet, was matured in French Limousin Oak casks. Limousin Oak is a popular choice for maturation of Cognac.
TASTING NOTES Nose: Creamy, rich and buttery. Palate: Round sweet, incredibly smooth. Fruity and nutty flavours. A gentle cinnamon spiciness. Finish: Lingering trace of toasted hazelnuts and almonds.
The Irishman 12 Years Old
The Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt is aged exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks. Limited to 6,000 bottles each year, this is malty and fruity.
Irishman 12 Year Old Single Malt TASTING NOTES Nose- Vanilla and cinnamon, with autumn fruits and granola. Palate- Full-bodied with more vanilla and some black pepper and oatmeal. Finish- Strong then soft, with lingering notes of fudge and cream.
