Johnnie Walker King George V
Our makers drew on our archives to hand-select whiskies from distilleries that existed during his reign. This includes some of the rarest in our reserves, including irreplaceable casks from the now-closed Port Ellen distillery. Much like its namesake, it has a great depth of character and elegant reserve.
John Walker & Sons King George V TASTING NOTES SMELL- Sweet, smoky aromas from Port Ellen greet you. It’s followed by notes of orange, raisins, figs and cinnamon.
TASTE- Abundant spice and dried fruits from Speyside and Highland whiskies are perfectly balanced with vanilla.
FINISH- Port Ellen gives a coastal smokiness that gathers momentum through the long finish.
(P) Togouchi Japanese Whisky 15 Years Old
The 15-year-old version of Togouchi's blended whisky. A combination of whiskies from Canada and Scotland, which are blended together and aged in a Japanese railway tunnel. Nutty, chocolatey and spicy.
TASTING NOTESNose- Soft pastry dusted with cinnamon, pear and hints of dried earth.
Palate- Nutty malt complemented by milk chocolate, joined by a helping of caraway.
Finish- Peppercorn, vanilla and a lingering peatiness.
Chivas Royal Salute 21 Years Old Signature Blend
A celebration to live long in the memory, Royal Salute was created to mark the coronation of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
On the nose, sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with the fragrance of autumn flowers. An elegant blend of vanilla and dry oak is crowned with subtle notes of sherry and just a wisp of smoke. In the mouth, the welcome warmth of orange marmalade and fresh pears is followed by a brave explosion of spices and hazelnut. After the excitement, a trace of smoke lingers.

Shinobu 10 Years Old
SHINOBU" means “forbearance” in Japanese, symbolizing the spirit of a samurai, like making great spirits which takes time, patience and persistence.
SHINOBU Pure Malt Whisky 10 Year Old Mizunara Japanese Oak Finish. TASTING NOTES Fresh wood barrel dominates the spirit with a touch of vanilla and flowers that bring to breath of nectar; Maltose, a little bit tones of fruits citrus, Mizunara oak, coffee beans; Medium, woody, back to sweet aftertaste of maltose. The flavor from alcohol is not that strong, compared to its labeled year, which tastes smooth and easy to drink.
Johnnie Walker & SON XR 21
John Walker & Sons XR 21 was created to honour this very special occasion. Inspired by Sir Alexander’s own hand-written notes, it is blended from the exclusive Johnnie Walker reserve of rare whiskies, all of which have been matured for a full 21 years.
Assured, balanced and elegant, it has intriguing layers of intensity that are both surprising and delightful. Sweet honey and tempered spices come cloaked in warming smoke. Citrus zest, ripened tropical fruits and caramel swirl within hints of tobacco and raisins. The long, smooth, soothing finish is complex and fascinating - a myriad of influences played out over a subtle tapestry of peatiness.
Jura Prophecy
The ‘Prophecy’ referred to in this whisky’s name comes from the tale of a soothsayer’s which would be proven to be scarily accurate.
TASTING NOTESNose- Some peat, aniseed, oily, dry, pungent.
Palate- Smoky and dry, a muscular, powerful Jura with notes of nutmeg, cardamom, sea spray. Coal tar.
Finish- Good length, with punchy, dry peat smoke and dry herbal notes.
Iwai Maltage Cosmo Whisky
Mars Maltage Cosmo is a blended malt featuring whisky from the little-known Japanese distillery Shinshu, as well as whiskies from undisclosed Scottish distilleries.
TASTING NOTES Aroma- Vanilla and walnuts with layers of fruit: cherry and raspberry, pear and apple. Palate- Citrus oil leads, followed by fleshy oranges, chocolate and oaky spices. Finish- Fresh plums and red grapes with chocolate lingering.
Shinobu Pure Malt

SHINOBU Pure Malt Mizunara Oak Finish TASTING NOTES Telltale aromas of candied orange peel, toffee, sweet smoke, and toasted hazelnuts are augmented by distinctive herbal tea and spice notes. The palate is surprisingly mellow, with more fruit-forward characteristics bolstered by pepper and spice on the finish.
Chivas Regal 18 Years Old
