"SHINOBU" means “forbearance” in Japanese, symbolizing the spirit of a samurai, like making great spirits which takes time, patience and persistence.
SHINOBU Pure Malt Mizunara Oak Finish TASTING NOTES Telltale aromas of candied orange peel, toffee, sweet smoke, and toasted hazelnuts are augmented by distinctive herbal tea and spice notes. The palate is surprisingly mellow, with more fruit-forward characteristics bolstered by pepper and spice on the finish.

SHINOBU Pure Malt Whisky 10 Year Old Mizunara Japanese Oak Finish. TASTING NOTES Fresh wood barrel dominates the spirit with a touch of vanilla and flowers that bring to breath of nectar; Maltose, a little bit tones of fruits citrus, Mizunara oak, coffee beans; Medium, woody, back to sweet aftertaste of maltose. The flavor from alcohol is not that strong, compared to its labeled year, which tastes smooth and easy to drink.





Akashi Red Oak
Akashi Red Blended Malt & Grain is a blended whisky reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (American Oak) for 3 years, aged in ex-bourbon casks before finishing in ex-sherry casks for 2 years.

TASTING NOTES
Nose- Herbs and pine. Hints of white grape, lemon, yellow apple and angelica fruits. Dry oak, with lavender and floral undertones
Palate- Rich malt with vanilla and grapes. Pine, oak and floral notes accompany a slightly bitter citrus peel
Finish- Oak and warming wood spices with a touch of vanilla

JAMESON Black Barrel is an Irish Whiskey elaborated with a triple distilled, twice charred, for a rich smooth taste.

TASTING NOTES Aroma- A good balance of Sherried spices, nutty elements and apple skin. Palate- Oily walnut leading into fresh malt and sultanas. Chewy vanilla toffee. Finish- More sweet dried fruit notes with touch of grassiness.(P) Togouchi Japanese Whisky 15 Years Old
The 15-year-old version of Togouchi's blended whisky. A combination of whiskies from Canada and Scotland, which are blended together and aged in a Japanese railway tunnel. Nutty, chocolatey and spicy.
TASTING NOTESNose- Soft pastry dusted with cinnamon, pear and hints of dried earth.
Palate- Nutty malt complemented by milk chocolate, joined by a helping of caraway.
Finish- Peppercorn, vanilla and a lingering peatiness.
(P) Togouchi Japanese Whisky
Although blended in Japan, Togouchui Premium Whisky is a blend of Scottish malt and Canadian grain. Aged in the town of Togouchi in a tunnel that was originally built for a railway but never used - intriguing!
TASTING NOTES Nose- It has a youthful aroma, but a slight peaty aroma can be noticed followed by sweet honey, nuts and corn flakes. Palate- It’s has a light and mild taste. A sweet aroma that reminds you of grains and honey gives you a mellow feeling. Finish- The slightly peaty aroma dominates the aftertaste.(P) Togouchi Japanese Blended Whisky 8 Years Old
Togouchi 8 Years is a limited release whisky that has been aged and stored for a minimum of 8 years in sherry oak casks, and is a blend of Scottish malts with Canadian grain.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Citrus, peaty, fresh grass, banana, pears, nuts. Taste- Crisp, clean, honey notes, almonds, cocao nibs, buttered popcorn. Finish- Medium. Oak, vanilla finish.Monkey Shoulder
Monkey Shoulder is a mix of three different Single Malts - Glenfiddich, Balvenie and Kininvie - and is great with mixers or just on its own.
TASTING NOTES Colour- Bright Golden Yellow. Nose- Zesty orange meets mellow vanilla, honey and spiced oak. Palate- Mellow vanilla with spicy hints. End note- Medium smooth finish.Kakubin Suntory
Kakubin translates from Japanese as “square bottle”, referring to the distinctive design of this whisky. This is a classic blend of Suntory’s distilleries Yamazaki and Hakushu, aged in Bourbon casks.
TASTING NOTESNose- Big scoops of fresh cereals and honeycomb ice cream. Light spiciness to it.
Palate- More honey, now with the addition of citrus peels, peppercorn and cinnamon.
Finish- More honey’d barley.
