(P) Togouchi Japanese Blended Whisky 8 Years Old
Togouchi 8 Years is a limited release whisky that has been aged and stored for a minimum of 8 years in sherry oak casks, and is a blend of Scottish malts with Canadian grain.
TASTING NOTES Nose- Citrus, peaty, fresh grass, banana, pears, nuts. Taste- Crisp, clean, honey notes, almonds, cocao nibs, buttered popcorn. Finish- Medium. Oak, vanilla finish.

TASTING NOTES Bright, clear, deep amber glorious autumnal sunset on a beach. Refined and well-integrated nutty, dark fruitcake with deep Oloroso sherry. Rich and spicy Demerara sugar, rum and raisin with intense vanilla. Long and smooth butter toffee perfectly balanced with hints of oak.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Rich and sweet with concentrated notes of stewed red apples, homemade orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and juicy sultanas.
PALATE: Incredibly smooth and fruity. Flavours of poached pears intermingled with butterscotch and caramel toffees, all rolled up in a wonderful velvety texture.
FINISH: Rounded with a touch of vanilla on the finish.
Paul John Edited
Edited is for the extraordinary. We poured forth all our mastery into crafting this Single Malt. The hint of peat has been skilfully created from discreetly chosen cask profiles. All to delight the true whisky connoisseur.
TASTING NOTES Nose: Toasted cereal, big barley and honey notes, Hob Nobs! Slightly vegetal peatiness, lemon and seaweed. Some beach bonfire but the peat isn’t overpowering. Malty. Palate: Wood spices, a bowl of porridge with honey and then demerara whilst sat beside a fireplace. Finish: A touch of mocha, oak and perhaps old fashioned liquorice.

(P) Paul John Bold
Bold was a 2015 addition to the core range. Following their Edited release, Bold is a fully peated single malt from Paul Distilleries (they're aptly named expressions). Peat is brought over to Goa from Islay for Bold, where it is used to dry their 6-row Indian barley.
TASTING NOTES Nose-Â After the slightest whiff of smoke, a dizzying array of Manuka honey, prickly spice and bourboneque red liquorice takes over. Palate- This melt-in-the-mouth malt has the most profound flavours crashing in like waves. Finish-Â Peaty, peppered oak.
Paul John Brilliance
All the brilliance of Goa is bottled up in this Single Malt. Its sparkling hues are reminiscent of sun-kissed beaches. The six-row barley for this whisky comes from the foothills of the Himalayas. Brilliance is matured in bourbon casks, to give you absolute sensory delight. It couldn’t gather more brilliance than this!
TASTING NOTES Colour- Sparkling copper. Nose- The Demerara sugars give off a whiff of sweet fragrances, with a hint of cinnamon, dash of honey and faint spices. Palate- Sweet and spice and all things nice, make this Single Malt. The honey-like smoothness is offset by the crunchy-bar-like crispness. Somewhere, there is also a tinge of cocoa. Finish- Brilliance has a smooth and beautifully relaxed finish, with a hint of mild spices and deep intense vanilla.
John Jameson Irish Whisky
Jameson Irish Whiskey is a blended Irish whiskey. What’s that we hear you say. Well first we take the best of pot still and fine grain whiskeys. Then we triple distill them - not because we have to because we want to as it gives it its signature smoothness. Finally, we age them in oak casks for a minimum of 4 years.
TASTING NOTES NOSE: A light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes. TASTE: The perfect balance of spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness.
Iwai Japanese Whisky (Blue)
Kiichiro Iwa, the namesake for this Mars whisky was a silent pioneer of Japan whisky. This whisky is inspired by the great whiskies of America.
