Chandon Brut N/V
If variety is the spice of life, then Chandon Brut is a perfectly seasoned little sparkling. A mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes are all carefully selected from cool climate spots across Victoria.
TASTING NOTES Chandon Brut is pale straw with green hues, with excellent fine bead and mousse. Bright and fresh aromas of apple sorbet, orchard blossoms and lemon zest sit alongside subtle brioche and fresh sourdough characters. The palate leads with classic Chardonnay pear flavour. Gently creamy texture, zesty acidity and complex hints of nougat lead to a long, dry and refreshing finish.
Chandon Rose N/V
Chandon Rosé is our little ode to the fruit that calls Australia home, and it sings thanks to the careful blending of wines from the YarraValley, Strathbogie Ranges and the Whitlands Plateau.
TASTING NOTES Fresh ripe black cherries, citrus and stone fruit notes dominate the nose, complemented by freshly baked pie crust aromas from 18 months of yeast age. The entry is gentle and creamy with mouth-filling stone fruits, strawberry and vanilla icecream characters. Soft citrus tones keep the palate fresh and balanced.
Chapel Hill McLaren Vale Bush Vine Grenache
The unsung hero of McLaren Vale, the history and tradition of our region can be enjoyed with a glass of this wine that is crafted from old bush vine Grenache. These old low yielding vines result is small berries, thick skins and open bunches which deliver bright fruit flavours and a rustic savoury texture.

Cloudy Bay Chardonnay
We selected the grapes for our Cloudy Bay Chardonnay from vineyard blocks located in the Brancott, Fairhall, Ben Morven and Central Wairau Valley sub -regions.
TASTING NOTES Complex aromas of cashew nut, preserved lemon and nectarine. The palate is layered with a bold complexity of ripe fruit flavour and spicy smoky oak character. The combined texture of fruit density and lees work provides a focal point that is balanced by fresh and firm acidity.

Cousino Macul Antiguas Reservas Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense bright rubi red color. The aromas are clearly frutal and spiced, giving a first impression of plums, raspberry, cherry and a floral note with fresh pepper. Afterwards, it gives space for toffee accompanied by vanilla and a smoked scent. In mouth, it has a medium to high acidity, round tannins and very frutal feeling. It´s an elegant wine with an intense body, fresh and long mouthfeel.

Of an elegant red cherry color with violet touches, this Merlot outstands for its fruitiness, specially black fruits such as blueberries and mulberries. It shows a perfect balance, with a silky and fresh texture, of medium acidity, docile and velvety tannins. Good volume in mouth that unfolds into a long and elegant ending.
Cousino Macul Antiguas Reservas Syrah
It presents a deep dark cherry color. In nose, there are ripe black fruits, blackberries, plums and floral notes combined with bitter chocolate, cinnamon, leather and a smoky touch. In mouth, it has a medium acidity and full-body showing very present, soft and elegant tannins and ending in a long-lasting experience.
